Joe Diffie, who is a 90's country icon, passed away at 61 due to complications with Covid 19. He posted to his Instagram on Saturday 3/28/2020 informing his fans that he had been diagnosed with the virus but was under medical care. Then Sunday 3/29, Joe Diffie's publicist confirmed to Rolling Stones  that he did pass away due to complications of the virus.
