It is believed to be the work of a California street artist known as Plastic Jesus.
According to KCBS, Plastic Jesus has targeted Trump before, installing "No Trump Anywhere" parking signs in major U.S. cities earlier this year.
Trump has received criticism for his plan to build a U.S.-Mexico border wall and make Mexico pay for it as part of his immigration reform policy.
