Immesberger was killed in December when he lost control of his 1999 Corvette and flipped in Port Salerno, the Palm Beach Post reported.
The suit contends employees allowed Immesberger to drink to excess, over serving him, knowing he was an alcoholic. The suit said Immesberger stayed at the restaurant for three hours drinking after his shift then was allowed to drive home, according to the lawsuit, USA Today reported.
After the crash, Immesberger's blood alcohol level was .256, or more than three times the legal limit, the Post reported.
Erica Herman, Woods' girlfriend and the general manager of the restaurant, is accused of knowing about Immesberger's problems with alcohol and had spoken with Woods about the bartender's drinking problem, the Post reported.

"Tiger knew, or reasonably should have known, that Immesberger was habitually addicted to the use of any or all alcoholic beverages, and/or was a habitual drunkard," the lawsuit said according to USA Today.
The suit also stated that Woods and Herman were at the bar days before the crash as Immesberger drank, the Post reported.
"Tiger is individually liable in this action because he individually participated in the serving of alcohol to Immesberger," the lawsuit alleges.
The lawsuit states that “Immesberger had attended Alcoholic Anonymous meetings prior to the night of the crash.”
Herman is also accused of recruiting Immesberger to work as a bartender despite his issues with alcohol.
The lawsuit, filed in Palm Beach County, is seeking "in excess of" $15,000, USA Today reported.
