Charcuterie fans, take note: this chef’s pop-up event is for you

If you remember with fondness the charcuterie board at Rue Dumaine, well — we have some good news for you — especially if you’re free Thursday night, Feb. 22.

Chef Anne Kearney, co-founder of the now-defunct Rue Dumaine/Bar Dumaine, will host a pop-up charcuterie event from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22 at Crooked Handle Brewing Co. at 760 N. Main St. in the Settler's Walk retail center in Springboro.

Kearney will be preparing a charcuterie plate that will include a rustic pork terrine, chicken rillette, both Dijon and whole grain mustard, cornichons, agro-dolce, sweet-n-sour prune compote, and croutons.
