JUST ANNOUNCED: Styx is coming to Dayton, and tickets go on sale this week

Tickets to see Styx, the latest addition to the musical lineup for 2019 at the Rose Music Center at The Heights, will go on sale Nov. 30.

The iconic rock band, who first became acclaimed in the 1970s, is known for their albums Crystal Ball, The Grand Illusion and Paradise Theater.

“We just want to keep on doing this,” Tommy Shaw, guitarist and vocalist with the band, said in a news release. “We want to let life take its course and let this music continue to be the soundtrack to it. And this band will continue to evolve as long as we live and play this music.”

Tickets for the Huber Heights show will go on sale at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 30 at www.Ticketmaster.com and www.Rosemusiccenter.com. Tickets can also be charged by phone at 1.800.745.3000.

Ticket prices range from $23.50 to $78.
