It’s looking to be a dreary Halloween night.

Most communities are still having trick-or-treat night as planned.

But when you just don’t want to be outdoors, consider some of these Halloween events that should keep you warm and dry.

🎃FALL HARVEST FESTIVAL

The City of Dayton is holding its Fall Harvest Festival on Thursday, Oct. 31, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Dayton Convention Center located at 22 E. Fifth St., in Dayton. Parking is free. Come dressed in your favorite costume. Children 12 and under will receive FREE candy. This event is brought to you by the Department of Recreation and Youth Services. 🎃TRICK-OR-TREAT AT ENGLEWOOD FUN CENTER

The Englewood Fun Center will have BOGO on jumping and putt-putt. The winners of best costume, most original costume and funniest costume will get 1,000 tickets.

When: Oct. 31 from 5-8 p.m.

🎃TRUNK OR TREAT AT DCDC

Bring your little ghosts, goblins, and witches to this fun-filled night presented by Jeraldyne's School of Dance in partnership with Dayton Contemporary Dance Company. There will be candy, contests, prizes, and of course DANCE! Kids can participate in the BOOHOP Class at 6:30p.m. and see a Special Performance by DCDC2.

Watching classic horror movies in the cat lounge the week of Halloween! Pajamas and blankets welcome! Tickets are $10/person and a discount of 25% off drinks (coffee, tea, and cocktails) will be offered.

📽️PLAZA THEATER HALLOWEEN MOVIES

When the weather is unpleasant, what's better than curling up with popcorn and a good movie. The Plaza Theatre in Miamisburg will show several Halloween-themed flicks this weekend and will even have a ghost tour. Tickets required for all events and can be purchased online in advance.

🎃Jack-O-Lantern Junction

Walk through an indoor, kid-friendly maze to trick or treat and see friendly ghosts, skeletons and a large indoor model train display and kids play area. Check out the A-Maze-N Funhouse, a circus-themed adventure. Kids get a mini pumpkin.
