The TEDxDayton Salon Innovation event is set for Tuesday, June 4. The event will be held at the Steam Plant in downtown Dayton, and is the second of three big TEDxDayton Salon events this year.

Tickets are still available for Tuesday morning’s event.

This program will bring in eight local speakers, including CEOs, presidents and educators from fields like science, technology, business and more. In keeping with the theme, the speakers will explore different forms of innovation for their fields.

“Attendees can expect to be enlightened by the possibilities and actionable ideas from the team of Innovation speakers,” said John Farrell, TEDxDayton Salon committee chair, in a press release.

The Salon events are smaller, more intimate talks meant to be informative and based on a single topic. They aim to keep the TEDx community engaged between bigger events. The third of these events will happen in August.
