Miamisburg man indicted in case involving child sexual abuse material

A Miamisburg man indicted Tuesday is facing multiple charges in a case involving child sexual abuse material.

Brandin B. Sheeler of Miamisburg is scheduled to be arraigned Sept. 3 in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court for six counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor.

The Miamisburg Police Department opened an investigation in May after they received a referral from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
