A West Carrollton man will spend up to five years on probation for having child sexual abuse materials on social media.

Keith Seiller, 51, was sentenced Wednesday by Montgomery County Common Pleas Judge Mary Wiseman, according to sentencing documents filed Thursday.

He pleaded guilty July 30 to four counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.

The West Carrollton Police Department opened an investigation after receiving a tip from the Internet Crimes Against Children task force that Seiller’s Instagram account had alleged child sexual abuse material, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.

Seiller also was designated a Tier II sex offender, which will require him to register his address every six months for 25 years.
