A 50-year-old Dayton woman is accused of stabbing a man with a large chef’s knife.

Charges were filed Friday against Danielle Dudley in Dayton Municipal Court, where she is due Monday for her arraignment.

Dudley is accused of stabbing a man Wednesday evening in the left shoulder with a large chef’s knife from the kitchen of her home in the 300 block of South Woodward Avenue in Dayton, according to an affidavit and statement of facts filed Friday in Dayton Municipal Court.

The victim went to a local hospital, where he received seven stitches, the court document stated.

Dudley was arrested Wednesday evening by Dayton police and booked into the Montgomery County Jail, where she remains held on two counts of felonious assault.
