Man accused of killing his father in Riverside home indicted on murder

A man has been indicted on two counts of murder and two counts of felonious assault after his father was found dead in a Riverside home, according to court records.

David Streeter, 30, is accused of killing his father Donald Streeter inside his home on Robinwood Avenue sometime between Feb. 8 and Feb. 9, police said.

“David Streeter struck Donald Streeter in the head, face, neck and other areas with a metal broom handle, as well as his fists,” Riverside Det. Travis Abney wrote in a statement of facts.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
