A vehicle reportedly struck another parked vehicle.
There was no pedestrian strike, but Montgomery County dispatch did confirm there was a female laying in the roadway.
FIRST REPORT:
We are hearing reports of a pedestrian strike in the 100 block of Willowwood Drive.
Initial reports also state that a red SUV struck two parked vehicles.
