Funeral arrangements for the late Miami Valley Fire/EMS Alliance executive director have been released.

Frank E. Clay, has passed away early Sunday morning unexpectedly, according to a Facebook post by Ohio Task Force 1.

Visitation hours are Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hillcrest Baptist Church, 820 Central Ave., Carlisle.

Funeral services will start at noon Saturday at Hillcrest Baptist Church, with interment to follow in Germantown Union Cemetery, 11177 West Market St., Germantown.

In lieu of flowers, donations are requested for the Civil War Trust or the Veterans Memorial Museum Foundation.

No details have been released regarding the nature of his passing. In addition to being the executive director of Fire/EMS Alliance, Clay was a professor at Sinclair Community College, serving as a teacher to many firefighters in the area.
