The two adults running the daycare, Pamela Barger, 60, and Todd Volker, 52, have been arrested and charged with felony neglect, according to court records.

Both are in jail on a $35,000 bond.

Volker is currently serving a six-month jail sentence after pleading guilty in June for failure to register as a sex offender.

Barger also faces an aggravated battery charge.
