2nd person indicted for threats against juvenile court judge

Prosecutors said Cooper made threats against Montgomery County Juvenile Court Judge Anthony Capizzi and his family on social media, using the alias “Quannie Coop.” He remains in the Montgomery County Jail, where he has been held since  his Feb. 22 arrest.

Devin Wilson, 24, of Dayton was indicted Feb. 16 for intimidation. He allegedly made threats against Capizzi on social media Feb. 2 under the alias “Ball Meezy,” according to the prosecutor’s office.

Wilson is being held on a $100,000 bond in the Montgomery County Jail, where he’s been held since his Feb. 7 arrest.

The threats posted to Facebook stem from the case against six teens allegedly involved in a Huber Heights AT&T store robbery.

“If I ever see him I’m beating the (expletive) outta him he better pray I don’t catch him downtown coming out of that building,” said one post that included a photo of Capizzi, which was obtained by this news organization.
