Indiana officers arrested Mark Lunsford on unrelated charges, said a Carlisle official.
It was not clear why he was arrested or what preliminary charges he’s facing in Carlisle.
Carlisle police has reportedly signed an arrest warrant for Lunsford and is in the process of filing charges.

INITIAL REPORT:
Police are looking for a man who robbed the People’s Bank.
According to Carlisle police, a man entered the People’s Bank in Carlisle about 3:36 p.m. Thursday and passed a note to the teller demanding money.
Police said the man left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. No weapons were displayed and no one was harmed during the incident. The robber is described as a white man, 60 to 70 years of age with gray hair and gray mustache who was wearing khaki pants, a dark blue zip up jacket and a red ball cap. Police said the man is possibly driving a white Dodge pickup truck.
