Dayton man sentenced in Harrison Township bar shooting

Shaun D. Hill was sentenced to a total of 14 years in prison for his convictions in connection with a Harrison Township shooting on February 11, 2017.

The shooting occurred at the Liquid Sports Club on 5202 North Main Street.  According to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office, Hill shot a 26-year-old man after an alteration at the bar.

Hill was sentenced to eight years in prison for felonious assault, three years for having weapons while under disability and three additional years for a firearm specification.

A 29-year-old Dayton man was found guilty in connection to a shooting last year outside a Harrison Twp. bar.

Shaun D. Hill shot a 26-year-old Dayton man Feb. 11, 2017, outside the Liquid Sports Club, 5202 N. Main St., following an altercation inside the club, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.

Hill was convicted of two counts of felonious assault, both with three-year firearm specifications, and one count of having weapons while under disability for a prior drug conviction.
