A Dayton man accused of raping a 21-year-old woman is now accused of raping two other women at gunpoint.

Darrion Oliver, 38, was indicted today for eight counts of rape by force; two counts of kidnapping for sexual activity; two counts of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon; and two counts of having weapons while under disability, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.

Oliver was indicted Aug. 2 for two counts of rape by force and one count of kidnapping for sexual activity stemming from a July 15 incident.

At the time, prosecutors urged other potential victims to report any incidents, and two more women came forward to accuse Oliver of sexually assaulting them, according to the prosecutor’s office.

Because Oliver was convicted in 2007 of involuntary manslaughter and endangering children for causing the death of his 4-month-old daughter, all the additional counts except for having weapons while under disability have repeat violent offender specifications attached. Oliver was incarcerated from February 2007 until August 2015 in that case, the prosecutor’s office said.

Prosecutors are still requesting that anyone who may have information or any other possible victims to contact Dayton police detective Zachary Williams at 937-333-1264.
