A reported robbery and assault at an apartment on Hilgeford Drive on Tuesday afternoon led police to make four arrests for possession of marijuana.
Huber Heights police asked for the public's help Tuesday evening to find a green Chevrolet S10 Blazer seen leaving an apartment in the 5000 block of Hilgeford right after several victims reported they were assaulted and robbed by three individuals.
Lt. Mark Lightner said the four residents told police a known assailant was visiting with them with two others and suddenly announced that they were going to rob the place. They took cash and reportedly fled in the Blazer.
That vehicle was later located in Dayton and two occupants were detained for questioning. No charges have been filed against those individuals.
During the investigation, police obtained a search warrant for the alleged crime scene on Hilgeford and found narcotics and drug paraphernalia. The four occupants who reported the robbery and assault were subsequently charged with drug possession, according to Lightner.
Andrea Hayes, 31; Garrett Poindexter, 19; and Hailey Allen, 19, and a juvenile male all will face charges in Montgomery County Municipal Court.
