Taylor’s 8-week-old son was brought to Dayton Children’s Hospital June 6, when he was unresponsive and suffering from multiple skull fractures and other serious injuries.

Prosecutors said Taylor was home alone with the newborn when he was injured; when the baby’s mother returned home, she found him unresponsive and took him to the hospital.
