He was arrested at a residence on Fourth Street on Friday afternoon, not long after police and medics were dispatched to the residence on a report of a child not breathing. Hennon was booked into the jail just after 5:30 p.m. Monday, according to online jail records.

Piqua police are investigating life-threatening injuries suffered by a 2-week-old boy, Deputy Chief Marty Grove said Monday.
Medics and police were called around 3:30 p.m. Friday to a city residence on a report of an infant not breathing. The newborn was revived and taken to Upper Valley Medical Center and later transferred to Dayton Children's Hospital, Grove said.
