He was arrested at a residence on Fourth Street on Friday afternoon, not long after police and medics were dispatched to the residence on a report of a child not breathing. Hennon was booked into the jail just after 5:30 p.m. Monday, according to online jail records.

Piqua police are investigating life-threatening injuries suffered by a 2-week-old boy, Deputy Chief Marty Grove said Monday.
Medics and police were called around 3:30 p.m. Friday to a city residence on a report of an infant not breathing. The newborn was revived and taken to Upper Valley Medical Center and later transferred to Dayton Children's Hospital, Grove said.

The baby was in critical condition Monday, Grove said, noting the child was found to have "multiple injuries, including some deemed to be life-threatening."
Detectives are investigating. No charges have been filed.
