Terrence Lee Bogan, 19, and Derveono J. Somerset, 18, appeared Tuesday in Montgomery County Municipal Court.
Their bonds were set at $1 million each for their alleged roles in the shooting death of 28-year-old Mitchel “Max” Miller during a Sept. 19, 2019, home invasion at a condominium in the 5600 block of East Coach Drive in Kettering.
Two other suspects, Dylan Anthony Dugan, 24, and Marcus J. Thomas-Casey, 19, already were held on $1 million bonds.

The final two of four suspects in a September homicide in Kettering are now jailed.
Terrence Lee Bogan, 19, and Deverono J. Somerset, 18, were booked Wednesday evening into the Montgomery County Jail.
They are due Tuesday for arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court for their alleged roles in the Sept. 19, 2019, shooting death of Mitchel “Max” Miller, 28, of Kettering. Miller died at Miami Valley South in Centerville after masked intruders forced their way into a condominium in the 5600 block of East Coach Drive in Kettering.

Bogan and Somerset — who had been wanted since their November indictment — along with Dylan Anthony Dugan, 24, are charged with murder, kidnapping, aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary and felonious assault.
Marcus J. Thomas-Casey, 19, faces involuntary manslaughter, kidnapping, aggravated robbery and burglary charges.
