Lebanon man pleads guilty in child porn case involving neighbor’s wifi

A Lebanon man accused of using his neighbor’s wireless internet to download child pornography in August pleaded guilty on Thursday to 15 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

Charles Minner, 30, is to be sentenced on Dec. 18 in Warren County Common Pleas Court.

Minner pleaded guilty to the second-degree felonies in exchange for dismissal of fourth-degree felonies charging him with possession of the child porn.

He was arrested after an investigation by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation initially focused on someone else, according to court records, including a search warrant returned by a state investigator on April 6, 2017.
