Man indicted in Huber Heights child rape case

A 28-year-old man was indicted Thursday on numerous charges in connection to a Huber Heights child rape case.

Benjamin D. O’Keefe is charged with three counts of rape of a child younger than 10; two counts of gross sexual imposition of a child younger than 13, all felonies; and one count of misdemeanor public indecency, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.
