Terrel Mandred Ross, 37, is charged with murder, felonious assault, tampering with evidence and gross abuse of a corpse, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
He is being held on a $1 million bond and is scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 4.
Sierra Dawn Woodfork, 24, was found Jan. 18 wrapped in a blanket in a dumpster behind her Aberdeen Avenue apartment.

During an interview with Kettering police, Ross reportedly admitted to stabbing Woodfork multiple times the Sunday before her body was discovered.
“Terrel stated when Sierra’s body began to smell he moved her body to the refrigerator located in the kitchen,” police wrote in court documents.
