His cause and manner of death have not been determined at this time.

A representative from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office confirmed there was a suicide at the county jail, but did not confirm if it was Cisneros or someone else.
Cisneros was facing aggravated murder and felonious assault charges in the death of Anthony Moran.
He was accused of killing his Mary Scott Nursing Center roommate with a pillow.
Wednesday morning, Dayton police were called to the Campus Drive nursing after Moran was found unresponsive in his room.
During an interview with police, Cisneros “admitted that he killed Anthony Moran by putting a pillow over his face,” according to a court affidavit.
Moran, 45, died from asphyxia due to smothering/strangulation, according to Montgomery County Coroner Kent Harshbarger.
Moran’s death was ruled a homicide.
In a 9-1-1 call, a worker from the nursing home told dispatchers that Cisneros told her that he killed Moran.
“He said, ‘I did. I killed Anthony,’” the woman said. “And his roommate is in there dead.”
The woman said she didn’t hear anything during the attack: “There wasn’t no screaming, no hollering, no nothing.”
The woman said at the time of the call, Cisneros was acting nice and calm.
“He’s always very sweet, gentle, calm. I don’t know what triggered, but he’s been fine all my shift,” she said.
Cisneros was booked into the Montgomery County Jail Wednesday.
