Andrews reportedly broke into First Church of the Open Bible on July 8 and took three televisions.

Andrews left the scene before police arrived, but officers were able to identify him through video surveillance and DNA collected at the church.

Andrews told a detective that he broke into the church because he was cold and hungry and he thought the church would have some clothes or something to eat, according to the report.

He took the TVs because he thought he could sell them, but instead gave them away.

Andrews refused to tell the detective to whom he gave the TVs, according to the report.

The case will be presented to a grand jury.
