2 men take narcotics from Kroger pharmacy in Sidney robbery

Police are searching for two robbers who grabbed bottles of narcotics from Kroger before fleeing.

Police were called around 2 p.m. to the store, 2100 Michigan St.

Two men walked up to the pharmacy counter, apparently to purchase an item. One man jumped the counter and grabbed bottles of controlled narcotics, according to a release from Sidney police Capt. Jerry Tangeman.

Both men then fled the store in a gray four-door mid-size vehicle toward Interstate 75.

The suspects are described as men in their middle to late 20s standing at least 6 feet fall with slender builds.

One was wearing all black clothing with graphics on the front of his T-shirt.

The second was wearing dark clothing with a T-shirt that had a red stripe on it. He also was wearing a camo fishing hat.
