Patron turns nasty after taking goods

A male walked into a gas station convenience store just before 5 a.m. and helped himself to a pair of head phones, charger, soap, batteries and a phone case, putting the $219.12 worth of merchandise into his bag and hoping to find a place to wash up.

Then he walked out of the store with the manager after him, demanding he return the goods.

Instead, the suspect threw them into the street.

Alerted, an officer happened by to arrest the suspect, who said he was left at the store by a guy who drove him there and he knew only by nickname.

In his place, an officer drove the suspect to the Montgomery County jail.
