3 recent arrests for strange public sex

Sex acts in public is nothing new, but three rather strange cases have risen above the rest.

Police in Bradenton Beach, Fla., arrested a couple after they allegedly had sex on the beach (the act, not the cocktail) for 25 minutes as other beach-goers — children included — watched July 21, according to the FOX 13 Tampa Bay.

Elissa Alvarez, 20, and 39-year-old Jose Caballero were each charged with felony lewd and lascivious behavior.

A grandmother allegedly recorded the afternoon delight on camera.

Police confronted a Washington, Pa., couple July 29 in Ohio County, W Va. after witnesses reported seeing a woman in a night gown walking a naked man on a lease.

“Ohio Sheriff Pat Butler said the man, who was walking on his hands and knees, was bound at the feet and ankles and also wore a hood over his head. The sheriff said the man also had an ‘object in his butt.’ Butler said he did not know what the object was.”

Information about the case was forwarded to the county prosecutor’s office for possible charges, according to the newspaper.

Not to be outdone, a trio in Peoria, Ariz., are accused of continuing to get it on in an apartment complex's hot tub after police told them to disengage.

A resident of Grey Star Sierra Apartments called police and report a small child walking around the complex crying for his “mommy” the night of Sunday, July 27, according to the CBS 5 in Phoenix.

That person called back to report a fight near the pool possibly involving the child’s mom.

Instead of a fight, police say they found Marie Rayner, her 30-year-old boyfriend, Anthony Vechiola and 29-year-old Jennifer Duchnowski having sex in the public hot tub.

They allegedly had to be separated. Police determined that Rayner was the crying child’s mom.

Witness told police Rayner’s children — ages 3 and 5 — witnessed parts of the sexual romp.

Rayner, Vechiola and Duchnowski were arrested on counts of misdemeanor public sexual indecency and felony public sexual indecency with a minor present. Rayner and Vechiola were also arrested on two counts of felony child abuse.
