Micheal J. Blair was indicted today for six counts of felonious assault with a deadly weapon; and one count each of discharge of a firearm on or near prohibited premises, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and having weapons under disability for a prior conviction, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.
Witnesses said the shooter was hanging out of a silver Pontiac Grand Prix while firing at passing vehicles May 14 on U.S. 35 W near Liscum Drive.

Multiple vehicles were hit, but there were no reported injuries.
Dayton police determined that the incident stemmed from a dispute between Blair and another individual believed to be inside one of the vehicles.

At the time of the incident, Blair was on probation for a 2016 burglary conviction, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
Blair remains held on $200,000 bond in the Montgomery County Jail. He is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.
