A man arrested following a SWAT standoff in New Lebanon has been charged in relation to a Dayton robbery.
Ryan Christopher Jones, 26, was indicted Thursday for aggravated robbery plus a three-year firearm specification and grand theft of a firearm, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.
Jones is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday.
He is accused of robbing a man at gunpoint on Oct. 14 in Dayton. Later that night, police tracked him to a home on Johnsville Brookville Road in New Lebanon, and he was arrested in the early morning hours of Oct. 15.
A second man, Jack Ray Pressley, 31, was also arrested in connection to the robbery, but a grand jury declined to indict him on any charges.
