A grand jury indicted Holland-Schroeder, 44, on failure to stop after an accident, tampering with evidence, insurance fraud and vehicular assault.
In August 2016, she reportedly hit a motorcyclist who was stopped at a red light and drove off after speaking to a witness.
Police asked for the public’s help in identifying the Holland-Schroeder back in 2016, describing her as having long dark hair and driving an SUV with damage to the front driver’s side.
In February, police identified Holland-Schroeder as the driver of the car after questioning her.
