Hooters opens new Warren County location

A new Hooters held a grand opening this week just off Interstate 71 at the intersection of Fields-Ertel and Mason Montgomery roads in Deerfield Twp.

Hooters completely renovated both the interior and exterior of the 5,120-square-foot building incorporating the chain’s latest design features.

Those features are aimed at delivering “a one-of-a-kind guest experience,” according to Oberer Construction Managers, which announced Friday it had purchased the restaurant.

“We are always looking to diversify our portfolio and found this to be the ideal chance to purchase an excellent restaurant asset that has a 20-year corporate lease with Hooters,” said Chris Conley, president of Oberer Realty Services, Ltd. and broker for the transaction.

Oberer Realty Services is part of the network of independent operating companies that make up Oberer Companies, a third generation family-owned business founded in 1949.

It developed nine Kroger-anchored centers and have leased and sold millions of square feet of retail and office space in the Cincinnati and Dayton markets. Oberer Realty Services has the ability to provide a wide range of solutions – from a large selection of move-in ready properties to build-to-suit opportunities.

“Adding to our presence in Ohio, Hooters of Mason offers residents and travelers alike a family-friendly place to gather together, watch their favorite games and enjoy our craveable menu items,” said Mark Whittle, chief development officer for Hooters of America.
