The Springboro Athletic Boosters have regained their federal nonprofit tax status, Superintendent Todd Petrey said this morning.
The boosters’ 501c3 status was revoked in November 2010 after their former Treasurer Thomas Harves failed to file the group’s returns with the IRS for three consecutive years.
