An arrest has been made in connection to a Franklin Twp. homicide.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office announces Zackary Lee Wilson, 25, faces a charge of murder.
Wilson surrendered to detectives after an arrest warrant was issued.
The charge is the result of the shooting death of Jeremy Thomas Foxx, 24, on Christmas Day.
The Warren County Sheriff's Office has canceled its earlier request for assistance locating a black older model Chevrolet truck. The vehicle has been located.

Deputies in Warren County said a 24-year-old man was found shot and killed Christmas night in Franklin Twp.
Deputies were initially dispatched around 10:10 p.m. Sunday to the 5100 block of Montgomery Avenue in Franklin Twp. on reports of a man lying in the roadway.
Deputies found a deceased man, identified as 24-year-old Jeremy Thomas Foxx, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office said in a media release.
Foxx’s death is believed to be connected to a shots fired investigation that occurred earlier Sunday night in 100 block of Montgomery Avenue.
Deputies are asking for the public’s help locating a vehicle that is believed to be involved. The suspect vehicle is described as an older model black Chevrolet single-cab pickup truck with a long bed. The truck has a loud exhaust and is possibly missing its front windshield.
Anyone who sees the suspect vehicle, or has any information is asked to contact the Warren County Sheriff’s Office at 513-695-1598.
Emergency crews were dispatched to Montgomery Avenue and Dayton-Oxford Road in Franklin Twp. in response to a report of a unresponsive man.
- Crews were dispatched around 10:10 p.m. on Sunday.
- A passerby called in the the report.
- The Warren County coroner was later called for the unresponsive man.
- Name, age, hometown and cause of death have not been released.
The incident was initially reported as a possible pedestrian crash, but there were also reports that the victim may have been shot.
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office was not able to release what may have led to the man’s death.
Around 12:05 a.m. on Monday, a large area near the intersection of Montgomery Avenue and Dayton-Oxford Road was cordoned off with yellow crime scene tape.
Multiple evidence markers were placed in the roadway, including one that marked what appeared to be a handgun.
Earlier Christmas night in nearby Carlisle, police were called to a report of houses struck by gunfire. It is not clear whether that incident is connected to the fatality.
