Deputies responded, along with a K-9 unit from Wapakoneta and the Ohio State Highway Patrol. While checking the building authorities said an unknown person fled from the business and was chased by officers. The person was lost in the area west of Trupointe, deputies said.
The man was found about 15 minutes later near a vehicle close to the scene. He was taken into custody for questioning.
According to deputies, they are looking for other people who may have been involved.
The burglary remains under investigation.
