Boil advisory issued for parts of Miamisburg

A boil advisory has been issued for parts of Miamisburg, according to officials.

The advisory is in effect for around 140 homes, some of which were a part of a boil advisory last week, the city said in a Facebook post Tuesday.

“This advisory is related to complication related to the draining of the water tank on Linden Avenue, which is undergoing rehab,” the post stated.

Homes in the Stagecoach West and Hidden Meadow subdivision are including in the boil advisory. Also included in the boil advisory are homes on Upper Miamisburg Road between Riverview Avenue and Linden Avenue, and Linden Avenue between Upper Miamisburg Road and Lower Miamisburg Road.

Door hanger notifications were placed on the homes included in the boil advisory, officials said.
