Police are investigating after a 6-year-old boy fell out of a second-story window at a Miamisburg apartment Wednesday morning.

Officers and medics were requested to the 600 block of East Central Avenue around 10:20 a.m. after neighbors reported the child was injured from the fall.
“My neighbors’ little boy just fell out of their two-story window,” the 911 caller said. “I had to beat on the door for like two minutes screaming.”
The boy was transported to Dayton Children’s Hospital for treatment, but his condition was not immediately known.
Police are investigating the incident and no charges have been filed at this time. Children’s services was notified of the incident and the police investigation, officers said.
