Michael Johnson, convicted of improper discharge of a firearm at or into a habitation, three years prison; convicted of trespass into a habitation, 18 months prison; sentences to run consecutively for a total of four and one-half years; post-release control terminated, defendant to serve prison term for amount of time remaining which is three years and 10 months, court ordered flat three year sentence for the violation to run consecutively to four and one-half year sentence for a total of seven and one-half years with credit for time served, three years post-release control mandatory.
