Meet Ethel. She is an approximately 7-year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix. She is fully vetted, spayed and microchipped. Ethel is a real sweetheart looking for her new home. Her adoption fee is $70 which includes her dog license. Ethel is located at the Humane Society Serving Clark County, 5201 Urbana Road in Springfield.
