Gov. Mike DeWine said yesterday’s increase of 892 new cases was among the highest jump in cases the state has seen during the pandemic.

Though the state has increased testing, health officials do not believe all the new cases stem from more tests.

He urged Ohioans to continue wearing face masks, practicing physical distancing and frequently washing hands.
