Fifth Third and PNC temporarily have changed how they will serve customers in response to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Beginning Saturday, Fifth Third customers will be asked to use drive-through services, online or mobile banking, or the bank's network of fee-free ATMs.

Lobbies will remain open by appointment only. Customers can schedule an appointment on 53.com, the mobile app or by calling their local banking center.

Bank Mart® locations will remain open, but hours will change to 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

PNC Bank already has instituted some changes that include operating primarily in a drive-up only mode.

Other PNC branches will be closed until further notice.

Branch hours for all open locations will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, closed on Sunday.

Any PNC customer who encounters hardship as a result of the coronavirus is encouraged to call PNC at 1-888-762-2265 (7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Saturday and Sunday).
