Driver taken to hospital from rollover crash on Shiloh Springs Road in Trotwood

UPDATE @ 10:22 p.m.: The driver of a car that left Shiloh Springs Road and came to rest on its top has been taken to a hospital for injuries not believed to be life threatening, Trotwood fire/rescue officials said.

The car left the roadway, continued through at least two fences, busted a light pole and came to rest on its top in what appears to be the yard of a home.

The wires are still attached to the pole, which is dangling.

The driver, identified as a female, has been taken to Miami Valley Hospital.

Police are working to determine why the car left the roadway.

Shiloh Springs Road is closed in both directions until further notice.

INITIAL REPORT

Crews were called tonight to a rollover crash with power lines down.

The crash was reported at 9:45 p.m. in the 6800 block of Shiloh Springs Road, not far from the Diamond Mill Road intersection.

According to initial reports, there were suspected injuries with entrapment.
