In the video, William Herman breaks down in tears as he finds out that someone would be succeeding President Barack Obama.
“You like Obama?,” Phillip Herman asked his son.
“Yeah,” William Herman told his dad as tears fell down his face.
Phillip Herman and his wife Andrea were explaining to the 3-year-old why a new President was being elected when the video was filmed.
The Hermans live in Centerville.
