The four have not been identified by name but were detained after sheriff's investigators matched the descriptions of the four with video evidence from the Laundromat at 5210 N. Dixie Drive, according to a Montgomery County Sheriff's office statement.

Deputies were sent to the business just after 11 a.m. on a report of an aggravated robbery. The initial investigation revealed four suspects -- one armed with what was believed to be a gun -- attempted to rob a female.

She fought back and the four fled before deputies arrived.

Just before 2 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 4700 block of North Main Street, in Harrison Twp., on the report of four suspicious males. The subsequent investigation prompted deputies to detain the four.

The sheriff's Special Investigations Section is continuing to look into both incidents.
