Fire crews and police responded to the area of Lyons Road west of North Springboro Pike around 2 p.m. on reports of a vehicle that crashed into a body of water.

The driver was pulled from the vehicle and transported to an area hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Investigators said the driver will likely be cited for failure to control.
