Endangered missing alert for Celina man canceled

UPDATE @ 7:30 p.m.: Eugene Cool, the 89-year-old Celina resident reported missing, has been located.

He was found in Wapakoneta by the Wapakoneta police. He is in good health and back with family, Celina police Chief Tom Wale said.

An endangered missing alert has been issued for an 89-year-old Celina man who has not been heard from since 10:30 a.m.

The Celina Police Department is asking people be on the lookout for Eugene L. Cool, who has onset dementia.

According to police, Cool last had contact with family at about 10:30 a.m. and was supposed to visit a local nursing home at 11:30 a.m. and has not been seen or heard from since.

Cool is 5 feet 8 inches tall, about 138 pounds, and has gray hair and blue eyes.

He drives a light blue, 2010 Chrysler Town and Country minivan bearing Ohio license plate number ETA 6106.
