FIRST REPORT:
Police are asking for help to find a missing endangered adult.
Anthony “Tony” Riley, 46, was last seen Thursday morning at his West Carrollton residence. He was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and gray/blue sweatpants.

Riley has medical conditions, according to police.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or call West Carrollton police at (937) 859-3688.
