One driver was killed and another seriously injured Friday afternoon in a head-on crash on state Route 72.

Richard Steiner, 69, of Sabina, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Clinton County Coroner's Office, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol's Wilmington Post.
